Fulfillment and Refund Policy
At densityVR, we are sure you'll be happy with our professional service and unique designs. Because of the vast range of design styles, we will consult with you every step of the process to make sure you're happy with the progress of your company's custom virtual design. Please read the terms below to learn how we ensure your satisfaction.
1. Consultation and Quote
Send us an email to info@densityvr.com to setup your free consultation with us. We will discuss your company's virtual needs and send you a quote.
2. Advance Payment
A non-refundable payment of 35% of the quoted amount will be due before the work contract begins. The remaining amount will be due at the completion of the project.
3. Design and Revision Process
We will send you progress pictures and, when applicable, virtual tours throughout the design process. These pictures and tours are necessary to ensure cohesion with your vision and ours. Should you not like the aesthetic direction of the design, it must be stated in writing per email or another form of written communication before completion of the project. We will then revise the design to meet your needs and aesthetic within the means of the original work agreement, which can be found in the invoice.
4. Project Completion
At the completion of the project the remaining payment will invoiced. Should there be an excessive amount of hours, additions, or special accommodations added to the project which have not been agreed upon in the original terms of the project, the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly and fairly.
5. Customer Satisfaction or Refund
We guarantee your satisfaction with our design.
